Delivery area
AAB offers delivery across Qatar and to selected destinations worldwide. International shipping availability is determined by the destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or communicated after purchase. Delivery estimates may vary due to peak demand, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance for international orders, address or access issues, or circumstances beyond AAB’s reasonable control.
Delivery charges
Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Order processing
Orders are processed subject to successful payment authorization and product availability. Orders placed outside AAB’s business hours may begin processing on the next applicable working day.
Address and contact details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts, subject to applicable law.
Receiving the order
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact AAB Customer Care as soon as possible and retain the product and packaging for assessment.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery information is incomplete, AAB or its courier may contact the customer to arrange a further delivery attempt. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated in advance where permitted by law.
