These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Amal Ameen Beauty (“AAB”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the State of Qatar.

2. Eligibility and Website Use
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, or use AAB content for unlawful or commercial purposes without authorization.
3. Product Information
AAB aims to present product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, images, colours and other information accurately. Screen settings, photography, packaging updates and production batches may cause reasonable visual differences. Where legally required, product labels and warnings should be followed. If website information conflicts with mandatory product labeling, contact AAB before use.
4. Availability
All orders are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, AAB may cancel the affected item and issue any applicable refund.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
After an order is submitted, AAB may send an acknowledgement. An order may be refused or cancelled for legitimate reasons, including stock errors, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery limitations or legal restrictions. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in QAR unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order. AAB may update prices prospectively. An obvious pricing or technical error does not require AAB to fulfil an order at the erroneous price where permitted by law.
7. Payment
Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Customers authorize AAB and its payment service providers to process the information necessary to complete the transaction. AAB does not intentionally request full payment-card credentials through ordinary email or social-media messages.
8. Delivery
Delivery details, estimated timing, charges and restrictions are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and a reachable contact number.
9. Returns, Defects and Remedies
AAB does not offer a general change-of-mind return or exchange policy for beauty, fragrance, cosmetic or personal-care products unless AAB expressly agrees otherwise. However, this policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. If a product is defective or does not conform to applicable specifications or the agreed purpose, AAB will provide the remedy required by applicable Qatar law, which may include refund, exchange or repair/free correction as applicable. Customers should notify AAB promptly after discovering the defect and follow the Defective Item Return process.
10. Hygiene and Product Integrity
To protect customers and product integrity, AAB may decline voluntary returns of opened, used, tampered-with or unsealed beauty and personal-care products where no defect exists. This does not remove rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, validity dates, product exclusions, minimum spends and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined.
12. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, images, graphics, logos, product presentation, trademarks, design and other content are owned by or licensed to AAB and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the website for personal, lawful use.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, social-media or other services. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AAB is not responsible for third-party content outside its control, subject to applicable law.
14. Liability
AAB does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AAB is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses caused solely by circumstances outside AAB’s reasonable control.
15. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with AAB’s Privacy Policy and applicable Qatar data-protection requirements.
16. Changes to These Terms
AAB may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Customers may contact AAB Customer Care first so that AAB can attempt to resolve a concern. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising rights or complaint procedures available under applicable Qatar law.
